Wide Open Skies And Romney Marsh Views
Baa Lamb Barn is a spacious one-bedroom B&B in a lavishly refurbished farm building on Romney Marsh. The newly-decorated guest bedroom is on the first floor and has a king-size bed and views over the drum-flat landscape. The comfortable accommodation is complemented by an en-suite lavish shower. Downstairs there’s a spacious dining hall for breakfast that also has a sofa: this is available for guests at any time of day.
Outside there is plenty of private outside space for guests, with ample secure parking and a summer house. There’s also patio furniture, and a gas barbeque exclusively for your use. As a whole the property has a peaceful and rural atmosphere and spectacular panoramic views of Romney Marsh on every side: the wide open skies are truly amazing, especially at twilight hours.
For breakfast there are fresh juices, variety of fresh fruits, yogurts and a homemade muesli which is oven cooked the night before. The generous continental breakfast includes eggs Benedict or Royale, sourdough bread, croissants, drop scones etc, as well as quality honey and preserves, coffee and selection of teas.
Produce is locally sourced whenever possible. Please advise if you have special dietary requirements as all may be catered for.
The grounds are home to several elderly pet sheep – hence the name – so sadly dogs are not allowed.
Baa Lamb Barn B&B suggests:
There’s further accommodation for four guests in Baa Lamb Cottage, a further conversion on the grounds. This is generally let on a self-catering basis but might be combined with a B&B stay if available.

Hosted by Dianna Epton and Robert Wilson
Your hosts here are Dianna Epton and Robert Wilson. For many years they ran the hugely successful Olde Moat House at nearby Ivychurch: Baa Lamb Barn has been newly converted to provide a more private type of accommodation. Your hosts are always on hand to share their local knowledge and advice. There are elderly pet sheep on the property so sorry, no dogs.
