Leafiest of all the Home Counties, B&Bs in Buckinghamshire – or, for short, Bucks – extend from London’s northwest border, pass through the commuter belt and spread out to encompass Bed and Breakfasts in chocolate box villages. There are stately homes, palaces and countless National Trust properties and historic gardens. Milton Keynes may be its largest town but Marlow, Aylesbury and Princes Risborough do far more to set this county’s tone.
