Approached through clouds of lavender, Garden Cottage is a romantic retreat that is ideal for a couple celebrating a special date or simply settling down on holiday. The open-plan sitting area has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with large hob, microwave and washing machine, while a log-burning stove gives the room a focus, as well as seeing off any winter chill.

The spacious bedroom has a four-poster king-sized bed, with an adjoining bathroom complete with bath and walk-in shower. Linens are crisp and towels are fluffy: everything is done to the highest standards.
