Beams, open fires and antiques in a glorious Georgian farmhouse

Fine fare awaits you at Hrempis Farm B&B, a charming 18th Century Farmhouse just outside Loughbrough, located in the heart of the Quorn Hunt country in the East Midlands. Wholesome breakfasts and sumptuous evening meals feature local and fair trade produce, will set you up for the day ahead or round off a lovely evening. Formal bespoke dinners can be arranged on request. Alternatively, there are excellent local pubs and restaurants within easy reach.

The building is Grade II listed and enjoys a degree of solitude being set amidst its own grounds and yet close to the village centre. An abundance of fine art and local pottery adorn the house along with a plentiful supply of books for guests to absorb themselves in, whilst a game on the full-size snooker table, playing the grand piano and, in the summer, croquet on the lawns can all be enjoyed.

The welcoming village pub the White Lion is a popular haunt and there are plenty of opportunities to dine out in the area at a range of establishments from Michelin starred to cosy gastro pubs.

There are three guest suites, two on the first floor  and a further super king size bedded suite on the second floor.  Each room is spacious and furnished to the highest standards with guests enjoying private sitting rooms and garden views. For those travelling on business the free wi-fi and plenty of desk space  makes working away from home a pleasure.

Reviews

"Once more I write in praise of Nicki Dalton at Hrempris Farm. This is the fourth time we have stayed with her on our journeys up to our daughter. She is a wonderful warm hostess and we love the Super King room she always gives us. We enjoyed a delicious supper with her." Mary K, Surrey
