Drum-flat landscape and sheep in view

Baa Lamb Cottage is a two-bedroom holiday let newly converted from old farm buildings in the heart of rural Romney Marsh. The renovation has been beautifully done, with a full-equipped kitchen giving onto a spacious lounge, with a wood-burning stove for cool winter nights. The master bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor. The bedroom has a six-foot superking bed and views over Romney Marsh. The bathroom has a roll-top bath, separate shower, luxury toiletries and fluffy bathrobes. A short staircase leads up to the second bedroom, with twin 3″ beds and it’s own ensuite loo. The whole place is well thought out and beautifully finished.

Outside there is plenty of private outside space for guests, with ample secure parking and a summer house. There’s also patio furniture, and a gas barbeque exclusively for your use. As a whole the property has a peaceful and rural atmosphere and spectacular panoramic views of Romney Marsh on every side: the wide open skies are truly amazing, especially at twilight hours.

The grounds are also home to several elderly pet sheep – hence the name – so dogs are not allowed.

Baa Lamb Cottage suggests:

There’s B&B accommodation for two at Baa Lamb Barn, which is another part of the property. This can be booked alongside Baa Lamb Cottage if both are available, and B&B can also be offered by arrangement.

Dianna Epton and Robert Wilson

Hosted by Dianna Epton and Robert Wilson

Your hosts here are Dianna Epton and Robert Wilson. For many years they ran the hugely successful Olde Moat House at nearby Ivychurch: Baa Lamb Barn has been newly converted to provide a more private type of accommodation. Your hosts are always on hand to share their local knowledge and advice. There are elderly pet sheep on the property so sorry, no dogs.
