Win a two-night stay at College Farm
Win the Wolsey Lodges prize for July. This is a two-night weekday stay for two at College Farm, a building of considerable historic importance in Norfolk’s sunny ‘Brecks’. Built as a Chantry in the 1300s to atone for the Black Death and pray for lost souls, it’s now an atmospheric family home. There are three guest bedrooms, each with its own character, and a wonderful panelled Jacobean dining room.
The grounds are another highlight. The estate covers 17 acres, with flower and vegetable gardens, plenty of woodland areas and sweeping fields grazed by llamas, sheep and hens. Breakfasts are delicious, packed lunches can easily be arranged and the evening meals invariably attract rave reviews.
College Farm is perfectly located to explore this area’s unique flora and fauna. You can walk straight from the garden into Thompson Common, a leading Site of Special Scientific Interest. Dragonflies and otter are residents, but there’s plenty more to see: boardwalks and paths encounter everything from roe deer to newt. College Farm is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads, the Norfolk Coast, Cambridge and Ely.

The Prize is:
A two-night stay at College Farm for two consecutive weekday nights for two in a twin or double bedroom.
Breakfast each morning of your stay.
College Farm is not licensed but guests are welcome to bring their own wine. Should the winners wish to indulge in an evening meal at £30pp, College Farm will happily contribute a complimentary bottle of their own wine.
