Elegance in Cotswold comfort
Though dating back many centuries, Aylworth Manor has been carefully refurbished to provide a comfortable and sophisticated family home in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
There are four guest bedrooms at Aylworth Manor, though no more than six guests are usually invited to stay at any one time. All with televisions, wifi, hair dryers and facilities to make tea and coffee. The Walnut Room has a super-king size bed and an ensuite bathroom, the Hornbeam Room is a twin with a private bathroom, while the Chestnut and Ash rooms both have king-sized beds and share a private bathroom – they’re never let independently.
Breakfast is served in the dining room and uses local ingredients whenever possible, including Aylworth Manor’s own free-range eggs, freshly baked bread and home made jams and jellies.
B&B guests – as well as those staying at Aylworth Manor’s self-catering Granary – can take advantage of in-room beauty, nail and massage treatments. Find out more at the Emiley John Beauty menu.
Aylworth Manor nestles in its own farmland in a gentle Cotswold valley, with fantastic formal gardens – including sculptures, ponds and an all-weather tennis court – and sweeping rural views. It feels ultimately peaceful and rural, but there are good pubs a walk away in Naunton and Cold Aston, and all the attractions of the Cotswolds are within easy reach.
Aylworth Manor B&B suggests:
Stay two nights or more. There are no end of local things to see and do, including gardens at Hidcote Manor, Kiftsgate, and Mill Dene, fishing at Boughton-on-the-water and Donnington, the nearest golf course is a mile away and there are 100 miles of footpaths on the Cotswold Way to explore.

"I had the most delightful two night stay at Aylworth Manor. The house is stunning – charming interior, large and spacious bedrooms and beautiful position set amongst their garden and the Cotswolds hills. The breakfast was very delicious with the option of locally sourced and organic cooked breakfast and continental style freshly made croissants, cereal and yogurt. There was even the option of chicken or goose eggs! Both the hosts are extremely charming and helpful. All in all, I could not recommend this place more.."
