Amanda, a mother of grown-up triplets, was a City trader and now runs her own fashion label. A keen horsewoman, she enjoys dressage. David is a property developer and also helps with Amanda’s fashion business. A keen shot, skier, and sailor, he was a full-time senior crew for the RNLI Chiswick lifeboat prior to moving to Sussex. David does most of the cooking for B&B guests, but Amanda’s scrambled eggs are renowned!
